• DELIVERY TIME: Our decals are made to order. This allows us to carry a larger selection. This also means that we try to make package and ship your decal within 2 weeks but keep in mind we ship only once a week (Monday). Also if a holidays falls on our shipping day your item could be held up for another week. We are sorry for the trouble, but we can only ship out on mondays.
• If you are in need of this item quickly just use the "RUSH" option for shipping. For about $2.50 more this will put your order first at the printer. Your decals will also shipped as soon as the order is filled, rather then shipped with the once a week load. This will not change the method of shipping. This is only to "RUSH" your order.
• All orders are shipped US First Class Mail which commonly puts them in hand within 2-3 days of shipping. (No insurance or guaranteed delivery times are offered at this time.)
• We use paypal address to ship our items, when the cart is used. If you address is unconfirmed we will NOT replace your decal or decals if lost or miss-delivered.
• ON-LINE ORDERING: You are very welcome to order by mail or use the paypal shopping cart feature which will allow you to pay by credit card or paypal account. You do not need to have a paypal account to use the shopping cart.
• MAIL ORDER: You are welcome to download a copy of our order form so that you may send in your order my mail. Simply download and complete the form. Your order will be processed and if needed a confirmation e-mail can be sent along once your order arrives. Letting you know your orders status. We take Check, Money Order, Cashiers check, or cash only via mail. Please make payment out to the name shown on the form.

• PAYMENT: Draglink decals takes payments in Cash, Paypal, Money-Order, Cashiers Check and Personal Check. Please keep in mind that we wait 10 days for payment to post on checks.

 

• DISCOUNTS: Yes, we do have discounts for some orders. Contact us by E-mail to see how you can qualify for a discount. Most discounts are based on Qty. of single order or wholesale buying. Discounts must be arranged before the sale. Discounts are applied to one large order only. No discounts will apply to a number of small orders. Sorry Guys.

 

• RETURNS:
• Based on dissatisfaction - Return the undamaged - unused decal to us within 5 days of the delivery date. Once received and inspected, a refund for the sales amount will be issued (We don't refund postage). Unless the decal is returned to us in resalable condition we will not consider any refunds or credits. It is simple, there has to be something to return in order to get a credit.
• Based on shipping damaged - We are happy to replace any damaged or lost decals to customers with a confirmed Pay-Pal address. Only one replacement will be issued without added consumer cost. If your Pay-Pal address is not confirmed, we're not liable for lost decals. Make sure your account address is confirmed before buying.
• Based on damaged during application - We don't offer any insurance that the items will be applied without damaged. Although easy to apply, we feel that it is the reasonability of the customer to review the instructions and apply correctly. We have sold and used this product for over 4 years and had no personal issues will applying them or long turn use.
• Custom & Special orders - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM or SPECIAL ORDERS. Once payment is posted for the order it is non-refundable or exchangable.By posting any payment for a custom order you agree to these terms and thus are obligated to them. A sample can be supplied to the customer for approval before the main payment for the order is placed. No exception. ALL SALES FINAL!
• Returns or refunds due to late delivery - We don't insure that your decal will deliver before your holiday or car show. No refunds or credits are issued for "late delivery". Time issues should be discussed before the sale so that we can expedite your order more quickly. But if you didn't contact us before the sale, your lack of planning does not justify an emergency on our part.

• COPY RIGHT: If you are the owner, creator, or copyright holder of any of the images found on this site and would like us to remove them, please contact us without delay via email. The items will be removed without question from our product line within 24 hours and totally discontinued from that point on, with our apologies. We are not here to cause trouble and will make every effort to remove and correct the over site. If you would like to come to some agreement or issue us permission in exchange in some exchange, this can also be arraigned.
