SAMPLES

We commonly start with a static image created like the samples show above, so that the customer can see what the site might look like. This will be our blue print used to make the site uniform. This process requires a $75.00 non-refundable deposet.

BILLING: Billing for the site will be due monthly and will be displayed on a billing page on your website. You will have a direct link to this page, so that you can check the current balance at anytime throughout the month. You will have until the 15th of each month to post payment for the work done the prior month. We accept payments via Paypal (% fee may apply) on the billing page, or check, money order or cash by mail. If payment is not received by the 20th we may discontinue access to the web site until the balance due is cleared.
Policies:

• We reserve the right to change our policies at anytime without notice.
• Our fee's are non-refundable. By going ahead with a build you agree to this policy. Commonly they cover build, graphic and prep. If the build takes less time then the aloted hours in the package, those hours are roll into time credits for future updates, changes, and new aditions.
• Draglink Design and the customer have the right to end service or transfer service to another webmaster. We require notification 30 days in advance to allow the completion of the current billing cycle. Before the end of the 30 days Draglink Design will supply to the customer all previously purchased information and graphics for the customer's continued use.
• All of our web sites feature a few small advertising box’s called Google Ad Words and Google Search. Ad Words is a link that aids in the search standing of your web site through the Google search engine. Google Search is a free "Search" that allows your customers to search your site. Both services will post small ads in select sections of your web site with related items and products by Google's sponsors. This ad space is your payment for the better search standing and free search. This service does aid your site and is a required feature on all the sites we webmaster.
• Draglink Design owns all the domain names and hosting for the sites we manage. If you would like to change webmasters or providers you will be required to purchase the domain name from us if you wish to continue using it with your new provider.
• Draglink Design has the right to use elements from any Site / Graphic work we provide to advertise our services.
• Promotion of the customer's website is not included with any of our packages. Efforts to promote the customer's website are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• During high volume times it may take a week or more to have an update done. Although we do our best to keep this from happening we do not discount or reimburse time for delays.
• Draglink Design is not responsible for any of the content or copyrighted material use in the design of the site. We withhold the right to remove any and all images, items, or content that may risk legal or copyright infringement by an outside party.
